My Rubik’s Cube Theory.
Comparison leads to poor mental health which leads to negative self-talk, low self-confidence, and low self-esteem.
The problem?
This is due to the freedom of information and opinion online. It makes it easier to compare ourselves to others more than ever before.
The more we do it, the worse it is.
I’m here to explain that you’re doing it wrong.
Why?
Because you assume.
I’m going to use my Rubik’s Cube theory to help you understand comparison a little better and hopefully deter you from comparing yourself to other people.
Each side of the Rubik’s Cube represents an aspect of your life, e.g. financial life, love life, friendships, health etc.
You choose what each side represents.
One side of a Rubik cube can be complete while others not. Two sides can be complete while the others are not.
Sometimes we see people and become envious of their lifestyles without knowing anything about them.
This is because people show us what they want us to see, and we show people what we want them to see.
But what’s behind everything else may look different.
Stop assuming you know the full story about people you don’t know.
Stop comparing yourself, you don’t know the full story.
Keep moving your pieces and focus on yourself.
A quote for you today
